Kimberly's weight loss story:


Learn step by step how I lost 60 pounds. I went from a size 16 to a size 6. I had gained weight when I turned 30 and could not get it off. I tried dozens of diets and none of them ever worked! I was always tired, sluggish and depressed. So I decided to not diet anymore! I just wanted to eat healthy and feel good again. I went to a holistic school that taught me how to eat to heal my body, not destroy it. The training was based on Hippocrates motto: Let food be thy medicine and let your medicine be thy food.




The slogan “You are what you eat” is totally true. When I changed my way of eating to the Clean way of eating, I had more energy, lost the extra fat on my body and felt wonderful. I started coaching and teaching health and wellness to clients across the country. I became the Director of Nutrition at a popular Health Spa in Orlando Florida.


By popular demand, I was encouraged to take my Clean Eating way of life and put the whole program in a book. In my book Eat Clean for Life, you will find a comprehensive program that discusses in detail how to eat and live a clean life.
