       romance book

Dylan and Jax were typical best friends, until Dylan fell for Jax and kissed him the night before senior prom. Dylan had to move away before they could talk about it, so he has spent ten years thinking Jax hated him for that kiss.

Reconnecting on Facebook allows them to meet again, and they quickly become as close as ever, spending most of their free time together. Dylan falls for Jax a second time, even though Jax has a girlfriend and appears to be straight.

Important secrets about Jax may lie hidden in the books he's written, but Jax has asked Dylan not to read them, and Dylan refuses to break his promise. When the truth finally surfaces, their lives will never be the same.

On Reviewing:

My favorite reviews are the ones where readers tell me they cried or how much they loved my characters. These are the things I live for as a writer. When I start a story, I try to find a good character idea first, then I put them in a situation that’s going to not only lead them to love, but also show what kind of person they are, good and bad. I do my best to make my leads as rich and alive as possible. When they hurt, I want the reader to hurt. When they’re happy, I want to reader to be happy for them. My characters are real to me and I want the reader to feel the same.

About the Author:

I live in the southwestern US with my domestic partner, two dogs, two cats and a selection of outdoor-dwelling lizards.

I first realized my passion for writing in my teens and it’s never left me. The m/m romance The Story of Jax and Dylan, my debut novel, has been called “the perfect blend of angst, humor and romance” and rated at least 4 stars by all the critics who have posted reviews.

My next m/m novella, The Art of Survival will be out on July 31, 2015 and is available for preorder on Amazon now.
