June is numb. She doesn't know what to think or how to feel. Her best friend is dead and her world has been turned upside down. It's the not knowing that's the worst. Why did Delia do it? What reason in the world would she have to kill herself?

To says Suicide notes from beautiful girls was an intense read would be an understatement. The book moves at a break neck speed until the 50% mark then BAM there it is. A twist that turns everything on it's head and it makes it really hard to review this book without spoiling it!

After the halfway point the pace slows and the writing sort of settles into itself. This is probably so the reader can let the shock sink in!

The book goes back and forth in time. I'm not usually a fan of this structure but it works here as the past is such an integral part of the story.

Delia and June's manipulative relationship is what makes this book a great read. The constant change in dynamics kept me on my toes and kept me turning those pages.

I'm still undecided about the ending. I loved and hated it. It was explosive but also very abrupt at the same time. It was fun to be kept guessing though it made reading this book a great experience.

If you love a book with a good twist that will keep you up at night then Suicide Notes from Beautiful Girls needs to be on your too read list.
