Today officially marks the end of summer. The days are getting shorter and for us that means an excuse to read instead of leaving the house :).
As a farewell to summer I'm giving my readers one last dash at some summer reading. There will be two popular summer reads up for grabs:

ReplyDeleteThis summer I finished my Masters degree, self published my first novel, wrote the sequel, read A LOT and now, I'm working on my third novel :)
ReplyDeleteYou have just made a holy show of us all! Well done!!
DeleteI've been writing my dissertation. T_T

DeleteThis summer I worked on getting this new blog of mine off the ground, spent time with my family & furry kids, and enjoyed the warm (but short) season while it was here.
ReplyDeleteFor the winter, I will be reading more, writing my blog, and trying to simplify & organize my household (donate, trash, box up). Nothing too exciting since I don't go to school or work (middle-aged disabled woman) :) Thanks for the chance to win.

ReplyDeleteThis summer I started my blog and continued to be referee to my 5 kids. Also had lots if different ages through the house as I am a foster Mum. Gave me a chance to read some lovely baby books again though, as my own youngest just turned 10. Every evening, when kids were all tucked up in bed, I read, read and read some more.
Books are my drug of choice and the best way to escape the harsh realities of Foster care.
Wow I really admire that. It must be very emotionally draining to care for kids who haven't had it easy in life. I'd imagine it's rewarding too though. At least you know they had a happy time while in your care.
DeleteThis sumer I've spent time with my family, visited Scotland and studied like crazy. I'm going to study a lot this autumn and winter since it's my last year of university. Hopefully I'mm graduate next may with a degree in accounting. I entered the rafflecopter as Nat.
ReplyDeleteThanks for entering Nat. Best of luck in your final year :)
DeleteI haven't done much, but I plan on fixing that on the winter!
